In round eight, Sakio pressured Codrington into the ropes landing many direct shots which sent Codrington reeling. Finally, the referee called the fight at the 2:18 mark. With that victory, Sakio became the uncontested victor thereby winning the purse along with the hearts and admiration of many fans.
Since appearing on “The Contender”, Bika put his skills against Gustavo Javier Kapusi and within three minutes of the 1st round, Bika had scored a KO improving his record to 26-3-2.
Bika is aware of how truly lucky he is, because as he explains it, where he grew up there is no future. Bika occasionally speaks as a motivational speaker and is proof that if you work hard there is a future – and a bright future at that.
